Frenzy Tours – Pakistan Tour Packages

Welcome to Frenzy Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Payment Policy

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Full payment must be made before the departure date as advised by our team.
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, hotel rates, or government taxes.

Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Visa fees, air tickets, hotel bookings, and other third-party services are non-refundable once confirmed.
No refund will be provided for “No Show” cases.

Tour Itinerary Changes

Frenzy Tours reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Political situations
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
We will always try to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:
Valid CNIC/Passport
Required visas (for international tours)
Any necessary travel permits

Health & Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions before booking.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Frenzy Tours is not liable for:
- Injury
- Loss of baggage
- Theft
- Personal accidents

Hajj & Umrah Packages

Packages are subject to Saudi government regulations.
Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the embassy.
Any changes in airline schedules or hotel arrangements are beyond our control.

To ensure a pleasant journey for everyone:

Respect fellow travelers and local communities.
Follow instructions provided by tour guides.
Any illegal activity, misconduct, or damage to property may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
