GROUP TOURS

Suggested text: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour with Frenzy Tours.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Suggested text: Personal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY:

Suggested text: Frenzy Tours is not responsible for personal injuries or accidents.

SIGHT TICKETS:

Suggested text: Sight tickets for forts/national parks are not included in the package.

REFUNDS:

Suggested text: No refunds shall be made if a member leaves or exits during the trip.

CANCELLATION:

Suggested text: Frenzy Tours can cancel the booking at any time.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Suggested text: Please do not pollute the environment, or you will be charged accordingly.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Frenzy Tours can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

SHARING ACCOMMODATIONS:

2 Person Sharing is allowed ONLY for married couples, families, or two males/two females.

ETHICAL INTEGRITY:

Be mindful of ethical integrity throughout the trip.

TICKET AVAILABILITY:

Bus/Air/Train tickets are subject to availability. If available upon checking, reservation will only be guaranteed upon transfer of payment.

FUEL PRICE CHANGES:

The trip price quoted is based on the current fuel prices. Any hike in fuel prices before or on the trip will lead to a change in the package price.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Rooms are provided on Quad (4-person) sharing basis, including mattresses.

FARE AND AVAILABILITY:

Fare & availability are subject to continuous change. Any sudden change after payment will be communicated.

MEMBER BEHAVIOR:

Members must behave ethically with their fellow group members. If any member misbehaves, Frenzy Tours reserves the right to cancel their trip at any time.

FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Ensure to follow the team leader’s orders at all times.

NATURAL DISASTERS:

No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, including but not limited to rains, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failure, or other vehicle malfunctions.

DEPARTURE TIME:

Members should report an hour before the departure time. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Frenzy Tours will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in such cases.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS:

Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12. In case a trip is called off by Frenzy Tours due to low registration, the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or may transfer the amount to the next trip.
