Frenzy Tours – Pakistan Tour Packages
At Frenzy Tours, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for our valued customers.
Please read the following refund terms carefully before booking your tour.
Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
A tour booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The advance payment is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellation.
Remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as communicated by our team.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Local Tours)
Cancellation 15+ Days Before Departure
70% of total amount will be refunded.
30% will be deducted as administrative & reservation charges.
Cancellation 7–14 Days Before Departure
50% of total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Departure
30% of total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Departure
No refund will be issued.
International Tours, Hajj & Umrah Packages
For International Tours, Hajj, and Umrah packages, refund policies may vary depending on:
Airline cancellation policies
Visa processing fees
Hotel booking terms
Government regulations
Some charges such as visa fees, ticketing charges, and hotel reservations are non-refundable once processed.
No Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear on the departure date without prior notice, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
Weather & Natural Conditions
Frenzy Tours is not responsible for cancellations due to:
Natural disasters
Road blockages
Political disturbances
Government restrictions
Weather conditions
In such cases:
- The trip may be rescheduled, OR
- Partial adjustment may be offered (depending on bookings already paid).
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Tour Rescheduling
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before departure.
- Price difference (if any) will be charged accordingly.
